This is an approximate timeline of our future sailing plans, written in the sand at low tide:
Saturday, May 30, 2014, 5 pm: Farewell dock party
Thursday, September 4th, 11:00 a.m., more or less: cast off the dock lines for Half Moon Bay
Monday, October 13 (Cindy’s birthday): arrive in San Diego after having sailed down the coast from San Francisco, with stops in Half Moon Bay, Capitola, Monterrey, Morro Bay, Santa Barbara, and Channel Islands, and anywhere else we find interesting.
Monday, October 27, 2014: depart with the 21st annual Baja Ha Ha Cruisers Rally to Cabo San Lucas
Thursday, October 30: first anchorage with the BajaHa Ha at Turtle Bay
November 3: arrival in Bahia Santa Maria
November 6: arrival in Cabo San Lucas, Baja, Mexico
November 10: departure for La Paz
November 17: arrival in La Paz
January 16, 2015: leave La Paz to cruise around the Sea of Cortez
May 6, 2015: return to the States for a visit
June 21, 2015: return to Mexico, probably to visit inland
October 31, 2015 Dia De Los Muertos on Lake Pasquaro
Christmas, 2015: hopefully spend with our children in Mexico
March, 2016: French Polynesia, South Pacific Ocean
