Rick saw some chafing so we decided to reverse its location so the wear spots would be different, since we didn’t have the correct type of line to replace it. Good thing we looked at it: it was frayed almost completely through, on a section that was hidden inside a metal tube. Fortunately the frayed part was towards one end and we had enough line even after we cut it off.
